Padding through forest.
Trees strong, green, scent of life.
Cold, cloud breaths.
Wide snow sparkles like stars.
A noise, twigs break.
Perk ears in the dark.
Smell familiar scent.
See familiar outline.
Creep forward,
Quiet as trees,
Low to ground,
Wiggle ass, wait for it...
And POUNCE!!!
Lynx and Wolf roll.
Lynx nose-licks Wolf.
Wolf bathes Lynx.
Lynx curls up with Wolf.
Lynx is Sarah.
Sarah lays her cheek against Wolf like a pillow,
And runs her fingers through Wolf's soft fur,
Before falling into a gentle sleep.
