ferineSeptember 14th, 2008-night of the full moon, and of the Asian Mooncake Festival. I picked up this Golden Pig Mooncake, an import from Malaysia, a few weeks prior from the local Pacific Ocean Market. Ingredients: whole wheat flour, lotus seeds (the eyes), sugar, and mung bean paste. |
